Once a car has been purchased, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel, a penalty of 100,000 JPY per unit will apply, along with any re-auction charges and losses incurred. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase before confirming the order.

When making a payment, the sender is responsible for covering all bank charges. Please ensure that you instruct your bank to deduct any transfer fees from your end so that the full payment reaches Jayasiri International. If any charges are deducted from the amount we receive, we will only acknowledge the net amount as the actual payment. In such cases, the customer will need to send the remaining balance to complete the payment.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed to a different vehicle for any reason. Please make sure to review your selection carefully before confirming your purchase.
